About Dordogne Cycle Hire
We are a family run business based near Thiviers in the heart of the beautiful Perigord Vert region, specialising in the hire of bicycles for the whole family.
We deliver top quality, well maintained bicycles direct to your Gite, B&B or Hotel. We also provide cycle buggies for tots and tag-a-long bikes for older children (see details). All bikes are regularly maintained and safety checked before each hire, leaving you to concentrate on exploring the tranquil highways and by-ways of the Northern Dordogne and Limousin.
This region is bursting with quiet country lanes, small ancient towns and villages, forests, lakes and rivers waiting to be discovered. We can provide you with maps of the area and are happy to recommend suitable routes.
Or try a Cycling Day out along the beautiful Voie Verte – a stunning traffic-free byway, from Thiviers to Saint Pardoux-la-Rivière, stopping off at the ‘plus beau village’ de Saint Jean de Côle. See the Cycling Day trip Page.

We have an emergency number available should you have any problems en route, but all our bikes have gel-filled tyres to help prevent punctures, so we are sure you will have a stress-free day…
